Fiona Douglas, Founder of Sistema Whangarei, was the 2015 Churchill Fellow.  She used the funds to travel around the world to visit El Sistema inspired programmes.  The motivation for the trip came from several driving questions, such as 'How best to integrate local culture into the programme?' and 'Can social arts programmes make a difference in the world?'.  To illustrate her trip and to show the answers to these questions, she has created a report.
